This is a long overdue review. I’ve been a customer since 2008. It’s a place that I come back to each time I am in town. The food quality is still great, and the service is still top notch. I also used to work here during high school, and I had worked at many kitchens since/ before then. I can testify that they have one of the cleanest/ most organized kitchens I’ve ever seen. This place still always busy for a reason. So happy I had the chance to visit ♥️

Fuji Sushi is my go-to for the freshest hand crafted selection of sushi and sashimi. The staff is incredibly friendly, personable, and service is always fast. If you’re looking for an authentic sushi-ya experience, look no further. Fuji Sushi will NEVER disappoint!!

We had a great experience dining here. Service was quick and very friendly. Food tasted fresh and so full of flavor. Everything you hope to find from a sushi spot and more. Definitely adding this to my favorites.

Get the flannel roll special! We ended up ordering a second one and splitting our dinner. Ask to sit in Ashley’s section. Great service, great laugh!

My go to sushi spot- dine in or take out! Fish is always super fresh and tasty Service great, there’s a family-run vibe that adds to the ambiance. Well priced. Good portion size!

A hidden gem. Cost a little more but worth it I promise you. I always get the mango chicken. I also get the pineapple rice with chicken. I have never been let down. Great food, great atmosphere and great customer service!
